  • Accommodation prices include the accommodation tax but exclude VAT. VAT rate is 10%.
  • Accommodation is sold as a 3-night package. For 1- or 2-night stays, the minimum 3-night package must still be purchased. No nightly accommodation option is available.
  • Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, fees, or charges to the prices.
  • For participants not staying at the hotel, an additional daily 100 EUR will be charged to the registration fee for hotel entry.
  • External participation fees do not include VAT. VAT rate is 20%.

TRANSFER

Round-trip airport group transfer (one-way fee): 5,000 TL + VAT

  • VAT rate is 20%.
  • Individual and private transfer requests will be budgeted separately.
  • Transfer details must be submitted in writing to Serenas Tourism officials at least 1 week prior to the start of the congress.
